What is a Passport Clinic?

Since it is not always possible for people to come into one of my offices to get assistance with their passport applications, I’m bringing my office to you.

At the clinic, you can receive assistance filling out the application, have your pictures taken, and have completed applications reviewed to ensure all materials and documentation are included.

Note: We have organized for a photographer to be present, and a set of passport photos (2 are required for each application) can be taken for $20

What Should You Bring?

  • Confirmation of Citizenship – Canadian Citizenship Certificate or Card; or Birth Certificate
  • Documents to Support Identity - Drivers License, Health Card, Seniors Card
  • Contact information for Two References and One Emergency Contact
  • Current Passport (if you have one)
